Online Bible Degrees
Liberty offers everything from an associate’s to a doctorate in religion. At the bachelor’s level, you can choose to focus on a concentration in Biblical Studies. As a minor, the program consists of 15 credit hours and includes courses like Biblical backgrounds, Biblical literature, Biblical archeology, as well as the Old and New Testaments.
You can also earn your master’s in religion with a concentration in biblical studies. The program focuses on giving students and intensive study of the Bible, theology, and ministry. The program requires 45 total credit hours with up to 12 credit hours transferred in.
The program has core courses, as well as the courses for the biblical studies concentration. Courses include systematic theology, world ministries, evangelism and church planning, ministry of teaching, and preparation of the sermon.
