Christian Universities
One of the biggest misconceptions about Christian universities is that you must be of the Christian faith in order to attend. While it is true that a majority of the student populations in Christian universities are of the same faith, all religious affiliations are welcome as it does give the school a more diverse atmosphere and helps to improve religious tolerance.
Also, Christian universities do offer college majors that aren’t affiliated with religion at all. Many of these schools offer business administration, finance, economics, liberal arts, computer science, information technology and more.
Furthermore, Christian universities are now offering programs online. These online programs are available in graduate and undergraduate degrees in all sorts of majors. Many online Christian universities also have seminary schools affiliated with them to help train and education future priests and ministers. Some of these seminaries are also offered in an online format.
Life at a Christian university can be a very active one. Of course there are athletics and clubs to join, but there is also a very active religious life on-campus. With faith-based clubs and community service groups, as well as on-campus ministry, students will find that they will not be left with an empty schedule.
